OCA Global, has certified the 9 beaches of the municipality of Roquetas de Mar in the ISO 9001:2015 standard

On Wednesday July 5th, OCA Global, actively participated in the official flag raising ceremony, which took place on the beach of the Urbanization of Roquetas de Mar, chaired by the mayor of Roquetas (Gabriel Amat) and accompanied by much of the government team, beach operators and local police officers.
OCA Global, has certified the 9 beaches of the municipality (Aguadulce, Bajadilla, Las Salinas, La Romanilla, Urbanization, Ventilla, Los Bajos, Cerrillos and Playa Serena) in the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and 6 beaches (Aguadulce, Bajadilla, Las Salinas, La Romanilla, Urbanization and Playa Serena) in the UNE-ISO 13009:2016 (Q for quality) and "S" for sustainability, both from the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality).
On the other hand, we also certified the quality of its Tourist Office and its two tourist information points, both in the UNE-ISO 14785:2015 standard for Tourist Information Offices, as well as in "S" for sustainability, both from the ICTE as well.
The city of Roquetas de Mar, thus remains as the great tourist reference in the province of Almeria for its number of hotel rooms and a firm commitment to the quality of its beaches and its tourist information points, trying to improve every year to provide the best tourist service to its visitors.
We want to congratulate the entire team and parties involved in obtaining these awards and encourage them to continue in this line of continuous improvement.
