Last Friday, December 16, OCA Global delivered to the City Council of Granada, the certificates obtained by the Tourist Information Office, located in Plaza del Carmen, having successfully passed the audits of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, UNE-ISO 14785:2015 for Tourist Information Offices and Safe Tourism Certified for Tourist Information Offices.
We want to congratulate the entire team and parties involved in obtaining this recognition, for their commitment and involvement in improving their processes, and with the clear objective of providing a quality service to visitors, and safely.
