Lifting devices

Since the entry into force of the Regulation of Lifting and Maintenance Devices (Reglamento de Aparatos de Elevación y Manutención), regulatory inspections must be carried out every 2 years in elevators installed in industrial buildings and public premises, every 4 years in elevators installed in buildings of more than 20 homes or with more than four floors served, and every 6 years in elevators installed in buildings not included in the previous sections. The following periodic inspections must be carried out every 2, 4 or 6 years respectively.

The field of application of ITC-MIE-AEM-01 is: elevators moved electrically, hydraulically or oil-electrically permanently installed, which serve defined levels, provided with a cabin for the transport of people and/or objects that is suspended by cables or chains that moves along vertical tracks whose inclination on the vertical is inferior to 15º.
