Stakeholder engagement and capacity building

Inclusive participation of stakeholders and capacity building are necessary to ensure ownership and replication of the results obtained by ownership (ownership of the object) and replication of the results obtained by the beneficiary entities.

• Design and implementation of participatory processes and mechanisms
• Elaboration of maps of actors and stakeholders
• Design and implementation of presencial and virtual workshops and conferences for brainstorming, consultation and validation of climate change policies and projects.
• Institutional needs assessment and design and implementation of capacity building programs.
