UNE 175001 Service Quality for Small Retail Trade establishes the quality requirements for sales activities and additional services in small business establishments that satisfy the expectations of the client, demonstrate their commitment to quality customer service, and reinforce the trade competitiveness.
The standard understands as small commerce those establishments that employ less than 20 workers and do not have the consideration of large commercial establishments according to the applicable regulation (annex A of the norm).
