OCA Global has been contracted by the European Investment Bank to ensure adequate comfort levels for users of preschools in the municipality of Sumy, Sumy region, Ukraine.
The project involves the implementation of energy efficiency measures in 33 public buildings used as preschools. The energy efficiency measures include improving the insulation of walls, floors, roofs and pipes; replacing windows, doors and light fixtures; upgrading the heating system; and installing new ventilation systems and a new gas boiler.
Our team of consultants will perform the following tasks:
- Update and review project implementation plan
- Define the scope of the renovations and their cost.
- Provide technical assistance to the municipality of Sumy in the procurement of the materials needed to implement the energy efficiency measures in the 33 buildings.
