OCA Global has been awarded the contract for the drafting of a Technical Building Inspection (ITE) report for the P2 parking lot at Madrid-Puerta de Atocha-Almudena Grandes Station.
In the last few days, the company has carried out the field work and data collection necessary for the preparation of the report.
The ITE of a building is a fundamental process to guarantee the safety and health of its users. In the case of the P2 parking lot of the Madrid-Puerta de Atocha-Almudena Grandes Station, this process will allow us to know its state of conservation and the possible measures to be taken to ensure its correct operation.
OCA Global, with extensive experience in inspection and certification services, will be responsible for preparing a detailed report that will include a description of the deficiencies detected, the possible causes, the actions required to remedy them and the safety measures to be adopted.
Once the report has been finalized, OCA Global will submit it to its client, as well as to the competent body for inclusion in the ITE register.
