In July, OCA Global in Mexico began second-party audits of Grupo Bimbo's suppliers in the categories of raw materials, packaging and assembly plants; the evaluation checklist covers quality, safety, environmental and customer-specific requirements.
In addition, control, scheduling, reporting and action plan follow-up activities were carried out.
